Warranty Policy

For now, Jeffrey Praise Computers does not provide an automatic store warranty unless a warranty is clearly stated in writing for a specific product or transaction.

Where a manufacturer, distributor or supplier warranty applies, JPC may guide the customer on the available process. Customers should ask about warranty status before payment if warranty coverage is important for the purchase.
